House of Glass is my first single, and the first song I co-wrote. I really love it! I think the concept of the song is really cool. I was in grade 10 when we wrote it, and we geared it to teenagers in high school. It talks about being in a relationship that’s just ended. One of the partners in the relationship has just revealed a whole lot of stuff that’s very personal to the couple and now it’s getting all around school. The girl in “House of Glass” has had everything opened up to everyone, and people are talking about her. I’ve never been in this situation, but I know a lot of people have. It’s hard to go through it. It happens a lot in high school.
